2. レッサーハムスターの憂鬱 (Lesser Hamster) (61 plays)
3. Last Dinosaur (54 plays)
4. 公園～黄昏のワルツ～ (Twilight Park Waltz) (43 plays)
5. Ride on Shooting Star (30 plays)

My iTunes is dead. But I remember Last Dinosaur was the most played.

I don't know, because I clear my listening in iTunes once in a while, and I didn't start last.fm until late, most of my iPod plays never worked for scrobbling back when I listened on an iPod more often than not, and of course the countless, countless plays on burned CDs back in the day were never tallied, BUT here's what Last.fm says right now:

Shiroi natsu - 202 plays
Ladybird girl - 192 plays
Strange Chameleon - 177 plays
Girlfriend - 168 plays
Kouen - 166 plays

Maaaaaaaad inaccurate. I used to have well over 100 for Swanky Street, Hybrid Rainbow, etc alone in my iTunes back in the day, lol.

I know what you mean. I cleared my itunes some time ago, and I'm pretty sure my top five were different back then. Last Dinosaur and Lesser Hamster would probably still be on the list, but something like Fool on the Planet would probably be number one. Also, that's a good top 5

Not at all- those are all good songs. Especially Okujyo and Skeleton Liar

Borderline Case is one of my favorites also, but for some reason (and I could be wrong here), it doesn't seem to get a lot of love on IM.

I wouldn't call it a favorite. But it's a good song.

The fact that you're embarrassed about anything from between LF and HB is puzzling to this buster.

I'm sorry, but my own elitism makes me laugh when I see ROSS as a top favorite. The single was most excellent though. Twilight Park Waltz takes me back to when I was 15~


And it's not the songs themselves that surprise me, it's the amount of times I've listened to them XD

I suppose. I never went through the FLCL step, so I can't understand.

My iTunes listings go back to when I got my first laptop (~August 2005). So they're completely void of high school, which included 2 years of tons of listening. I'm surprised Private Kingdom's so far ahead, but I do love it for whatever reasons. It and Carnival probably are Top 5 favorites. Third Eye, not quite as high (Top 15-20 prolly), ditto for Biscuit Hammer. Back Seat Dog, while awesome, is probably "artificially" inflated since I remember it was on a mood/theme playlist for some writing.

I probably listened to music via iTunes a lot more while at university... And via my iPod an infinite amount more (I hardly touch it nowadays). These numbers are also minus CD plays (while I commute, one of my primary means of listening to music nowadays) and listens via usb stick or youtube while at work, so are further inaccurate. I'd expect Bokura no Hare Susei (Turn Back version), That House, and a handful of others to come in a lot higher. And if I were to add together plays of live recordings songs like Strange Chameleon and Hybrid Rainbow would also have much higher figures.

Definitely

RoSS was the first pillows song I fell in love with, and even after all these years I stil listen to it from time to time. If we were talking about top 5 favorite pillows songs, then no, I don't think RoSS would necessarily have a place on the list. But it is a damn fine single, and, at least, based on my itunes data, it seems I still isten to it fairly often. Just because it's the song of theirs that everyone knows doesn't make it any less enjoyable!

My HD was wiped a while ago, but I actually saved the tally since I was curious once.
