I love this too. I wish that more bands would follow their lead.
The Strokes have got to be one of my favorite live bands. They tend to play things just as they are on the album, with very little in the way of improvisation. While that may be considered boring by some, I think of it as a good thing. Their sound is so crisp and fine-tuned that they can replicate the tightness of their studio recordings live.
