Hotel Rwanda was a pretty good flick.

I recently watched Megamind and I have to say it was really funny. Like laugh out loud funny.

Unfulfilling story by the end of it, not really as deep as the hype and trailer make it sound at all. But the music was great, and it had a few nice moments. Download it, probably.

I saw Catfish half-way recently. It was pretty good. Not nearly as dramatic as the trailer made it seem, but the soundtrack was pretty good. Finally got around to watching Scott Pilgrim this morning, too. It kicked ass. [quote="Brye916"]I recently watched Megamind and I have to say it was really funny. Like laugh out loud funny. I agree, the trailers seemed to hint at a totally different movie. It still turned out to be enjoyable- just not at all what I expected.
I watched '127 Hours' last night. 4/5 stars, I'd say. If anything, I sure as hell don't feel like rock-climbing anytime soon.

The Lion King is pretty terrible. I'm not gonna lie.

I'd have to agree with your rating. It was a lot more interesting than I had expected. I expected it to be really gritty and focused on realism, but it was actually... kind of trippy. I'd recommend.

Re: What movies have you watched recently?
It's a far inferior version of Hamlet. Have you ever tried analyzing the plot of Lion King? I mean, come on.

What was the point of linking that?

Extrapolation on the topic of The Lion King being possibly not-totally-original (taking queues from Kimba and Hamlet). Why the hell did you think I linked it?
