I'm excited about this movie, based on the book by Kazuo Ishiguro. The book is really good.

Anyone else heard of it?

I haven't head of it, but it looks good. I'm just sorry I read a book review of it.

I thought about saying something about not reading anything about it if you didn't know about it, but I didn't want to overhype it.

Well, for anyone else, try not to look at the page for it on Yahoo movies, they spoil part of it. Sigh.

What's it about?

Safe synopsis from the book:

I don't know how well the movie will pull it off but this line from a book review is a good explanation of why I think it's better to not know much about it:

So, now that I've built it up like this, everyone will be disappointed by the movie...

So it was originally kind of a limited release, I was surprised to see it was playing in my area, but couldn't go the week I found out... and then it wasn't in the theater the next week. Argh.

Great movie. Even greater novel though.

Andrew Garfield and Keira Knightly both make the movie interesting. I remember watching the trailer and wanting to watch the movie. But I never got around to it.
