 Re: Noodles
There's a greatest hits collection with a couple remixes and rerecordings for those interested in that kind of thing. It's up at KMC if you want it. "Our First Noodles"

 Re: Noodles
I just found out about the wonderful world of KMC about a month ago, and one of the many bands I started downloading was Noodles. Shit, I'm sure you guys have discussed them all to death, but I was really taken aback by how good a lot of their earlier stuff is. I don't know why, but I just kept putting them off for so long. I can't decide what album's my favorite right now, Slow Coaster or God Cable. Slient Apple is a friggin awesome song too.

 Re: Noodles
I need to re-download their stuff because the first couple albums were awesome. I also really like Fuzz Hill and God Cable.

6 Colors and Long Long Chain were fantastic.

 Re: Noodles
I think generally, Long Long Chain and God Cable can be viewed as the "peak" of Noodles' career. Also, Fuzz Hill.
Those are the three releases you need to nab, if you wanna see what Yoko and the gang are all about.

 Re: Noodles
I don't know if people still like noodles, or if this is just common knowledge, but I figured I would mention here that they have a new album called "Explorer," which is out tomorrow.

Not to be a total downer, but I think it's kinda done for Noodles. D:

 Re: Noodles
You may be right, but I'm going to give them another chance. It just seems that once they became a three piece band, they just totally went downhill. And it wasn't even necessarily because they only had one guitar, it's just that Yoko hasn't been writing the amazing melodies she used to. I listen to Long Long Chain, God Cable, Slow Coaster... and just wonder what the hell happened. I can't even remember the last time I listened to something post-Fuzz Hill. OK maybe Ingrid Said recently, but other than that...?
