Re: OOPARTS tour DVD release - 6/23/2010 Holy Shit. They played [i]The Air Resister[/i] which is one of my favorites. I've never seen them do that live. Manabe has such a kickass Fuzz sound going on in that song, it's perfect. And they nailed the vocal harmony in the chorus.

Hm, yeah. They played it on the 06 US Tour... but don't think I've seen video of it anywhere until this dvd.

(sleepy head's still there for whatever reason, but i'm sure they'll nab that one sooner or later) i had started ripping mp3s from the youtube vids, at least i got to kim deal... strangely enough LOSTMAN GO TO BUDOKAN is still up there...  my friggen copy of the DVD doesn't come until late next month, 'da hell

Re: OOPARTS tour DVD release - 6/23/2010 Boo on Manabe on Kim Deal for not playing the lead the way he does in the studio. Not having those notes clearly enunciated drowns them out almost completely, and it doesn't sound anywhere near as good.

Re: OOPARTS tour DVD release - 6/23/2010 Yea, I was kind of disappointed on that too. I mean the solo was still nice, and Sawao was spot on, but you could tell it wasn't the same. Kind of noticed it too on Biscuit Hammer's solo.
