Yeah, I know, I don't want to let myself down any further either but had the thought anyway.

It's not like we aren't subconsciously and automatically analyzing all the possible ways that the pillows could still be coming to XYZ each time a piece of unfavorable news comes along.

Here's to the pillows playing everywhere else in the United States, without three other bands I couldn't care less about.

This is the first time I have ever been happy I live in CA. It is really weird that they would only have two shows in one state though. Will they even profit from just two shows? That sucks sorry to everyone who can't see them.

wow, how fortunate for me to have moved out to the west coast a few months before they decide to play on it. Looks like Im gonna HAVE to drive my van down south to see the pillows.

I'm hoping they add more tour dates at the front of that so I can see them twice.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. I'm really sorry for all of you guys who can't make it out to California. I think the main reason for this is that Shin and Manabe hate flying. I remember Ladybirdgirl talking about this with me after the 20th Show. So in order for Sawao to have another US Tour because he's the only one that enjoys the flight and touring in the US, they might have made some sort of agreement to just hit one state. Thats most likely the case.... or maybe California just does it better. SIKE.

Well, I'm disappointed to say the least. I was telling terra that I had known about this tour since our trip in September, but we were talking about a full USA tour until last month!! This may put a damper on any special Fb promotions we are discussing, but its too soon to say plans are not going through...

A few things could have happened. Like I said before, we're dealing with old men hahaha. They simply don't want or need to travel across the US to play small shows, even if they sell the places out. What do they have to prove (even though that contradicts their desires to sell more CDs and merch in the USA, but thats another story)? They could have also encountered booking problems along the way, because NYC was definitely in the picture. I'm trying to get information on whether or not they'll come back to the east coast in a similar style to the California gigs --NYC is only 3 more hours of flight time after all from Tokyo! You didn't hear it from me though, ok??

Imagine the cost of touring the entire USA with 4 bands. It's an incredible expense. My bet is you'll see more of these California gigs because lots of Japanese bands quick shows in Cali. Didn't noodles do this a bunch of times?

Not sure if I'll make it to the west coast for these shows, especially if I won't be paid, so someone will have to be our tour info eyes and ears out there! I'll let you all know what other follow up info I can collect, sorry guys. I'm as bummed as anyone.
