I've been working (very s l o w l y) on overhauling the entire main site and it would be nice to have a new 'instant music' logo to go with the update. My graphic design skills are obviously limited - do any of you like to do this sort of thing? I'm not looking for anything super fancy, although I am picky. :x

I don't have much to offer in return except my gratitude and/or possible shameless promotion of your art/whatever site, but it might be a nice thing for someone's portfolio.

I have a friend, he's really into that stuff (graphic design). I can ask him.

- It needs to incorporate the blue color from the site style (preferably in the lettering)- #0C36D4.
- It needs to say 'instant music', of course. Just once.
- It should incorporate some sort of pillows' imagery - Buster-kun, a blue poppy, something like that... or even a pic of the band if done well, but I kind of prefer something simple.
- The final version should be <= 800 pixels wide, <= 150 pixels high (height can be a little flexible, width can't exceed 800 pixels).

While Maru is a nice touch, to me, a kitten just doesn't quite represent the pillows. I think of them more as a dragon. Because they're all dragon-like, and scaly. Yeah.

I don't want any of this pixelated business I see there. Also, that kitten isn't as cute. Who wants to visit a site with a cat in the logo that's just sort of cute, instead of eye melting cute?

You seem to be implying that I said something negative about Maru. I only assert that there is a spectrum of cuteness, and Maru does not quite fall into the teeth rotting, immediate rendering of the mind senseless 'SQUEE' end of cute. My own cat does not even fall into that category.
