That's sort of what the "diversity" of the pillows means to me. Ladybird Girl is genuinely happy, but compare that to White Summer Red Hair Black Guitar (or whatever the title of the song was) which was genuinely morose. You'll see how genuinely emotional both pieces are.

lol @ sheer.
I agree with GR in that the pillows have a discography so diverse, but still allows me to put it on shuffle, and no matter what starts to play my ears feel happy. Other bands have songs that sound "cool", or songs that you can "rock out" to when you want something heavier, but at the end of the day, when you are driving home with the stars above you and the cold breeze at your fingertips, nothing beats putting on PML.
