I've never heard of Ooparts being on a setlist. But this is not making me think that this will be an album of re-releases. It's either:

A. Brand New Album -or-
B. What the name suggests, Out of place artifacts, dating back from the pillows earlier days, or better yet their entire history. Could this be their rarities and demos album? If so, this could possibly be the coolest thing ever. We already got Flag Star, and Chelsea Hotel isn't a new song. Sawao said it was written some years ago. Maybe the band is finally more open to getting the unreleased material out there to the fans.

Wow, I never even considered that whole "B." part. I would actually prefer an album full of unreleased songs from the pillows past as opposed to a new album right now. I mean, what with the spirit of the 20th anniversary and all.

And I'm almost 100% sure I saw a song called "Ooparts" on a setlist a while ago.

This is blowing my mind right now...
I can't even sit still knowing that a new album, maybe even an unreleased songs album
could be coming at us!

A little off topic but today I went to SF and got the Little Busters album. I'm trying to
collect every album some day. But yeah, I was hella stoked when I opened it. The feeling you
get when you first got a pillows CD, its still there!

I was kidding.

I.e. New Animal, for example, has only been rereleased twice since it's original release nearly 15 months ago.

The HMV description hints that it's just a new album, but who knows.

FLAG STAR is gaining my respect more and more with each listen.

Some of the track titles from the album have been announced:

●雨上がりに見た幻
●YOUR ORDER
●LIFE SIZE LIFE
●三日月の恋 (mikadzuki no koi)
●Primer Beat
●Melody
●Dance with God 他

Interesting... and sure enough, melody is on there. I guess there will be more songs that are announced as time goes on (source Amazon.jp).

Dance with God, lol. I'm really excited for this album, seriously. It's been a great year for music so far, and having this to look forward to in the final quarter of the year is just awesome.

Most likely, I really wish it wasn't but I'm not too confident on it being

For their campaign, "バスター君presents“Happy 20th Anniversary!" the pillows have rerecorded the song "90's MY LIFE" for their 20th anniversary, and it'll be available to download for mobile phone from the 19th.
People who download the song will be able to send a comment to the pillows' members. Of the people who send comments, 4 people of 2 groups will be invited to Budokan to be the pillows' LOSTMAN GO TO BUDOKAN official reporters.

Looks like us folks are gonna have to wait for a Japanese fan to rip it. I'm curious how it's gonna sound! the pillows are way too busy this year.
