I like. In between dreams and on and on are really good albums.

Anybody else like him?

I saw his ass in concert last year and i got to sit on chairs on stage that they had set up. I met him too and he's really cool. I even got to call him jack.

Wow Steve, you actually do have some taste, I think there maybe hope for you yet.

Seriously, I like him too. He's a talented guy. Good voice, good songs, good musician.

I know. I've also been listening to a the strokes a lot lately. it's like kings of leon and other sloppy bands like that but with better vocals and less sloppy guitar. the pixies are really sloppy and sometimes it doesn't sound like music but they have a couple good songs.

but you have to admit the guitar playing is horrible on almost every song.

The thing about Joey is that he can play...very well...if he wants to.

He uses the guitar in a different way than most people. At that time in the 80's he was using the guitar for texture, filling out the song and complementing Frank's freak screaming.

His guitar playing fits perfectly on all songs but some really good examples

are "Where is my mind" "Hey" and "Debaser". Some crazy solo in those

songs would just not work.

I'm not talking about soloing. Just like everything. It sounds sloppy beyong belief. Sometimes i can't believe that people can stand listening to it. The only reason i could see why people would like it is because they like a more "raw" sound.

but i dunno. different strokes for different folks.
