Chorus: Em C D G 200033 Em C D G 200033 Em ? C ? D G (on the last line it sounds like he tweaks the Em and C in some way)
Interlude (~2:40) Alternate between C and X32000 Alternate between 320000 and G (not sure of this) C thing from before D B?

G (320033) Bm (-24432) hammer onto B (-24x42) Em (022000) Cminorsomething (032000) D (--0232) and then he hammers onto --0233, then goes back to --0232, then --0230, then back to --0232
Chorus Emsomething (022033) Csomething (032033) D (--0232) G (320033) and then moves chromatically to (2-0033)
Interlude Hammers onto -32010 from -32000 a few times I can't remember the second chord or the thing he does in the outro.
