Re: the pillows 1989 PV I'd give this a 7.5 or 8 out of 10, personally, with 10/10 quality referring to classics such as Swanky Street, Strange Chameleon, and Hybrid Rainbow. Basically, it's a really damned good song that stands a good bit higher than most of the things we've seen recently, and shows huge promise for future works.

Re: the pillows 1989 PV It definitely fucking helps if you can understand some of the lyrics in Japanese, it really brings it to life. Also: For me, it's just one of the songs I "get." I love the melancholy melody that's just waiting to break loose at the end.
It's annoying not being noticed and saddening all at the same time. It's easy to be loud and boisterous and grab attention, but there's No Substance in that. You can only be who you are and only say the things that you want to say. When other people don't recognize you, it makes you want to scream.
I don't know; the song is really long and repetitive, but it's awesome and I love it.

That pretty much sums it up for me. Its VERY repetitive, but the instrumentals are pretty damned good.

Re: the pillows 1989 PV  Anyway, if someone would like it, I could upload a copy of the mp3 I ripped from the (HQ) video. Good to have on an mp3 player. Note: I took out the organ in the very beginning as well as the long-ass silence, so it pretty much just starts out with the guitars right away. I also tagged the mp3, saying that the artist is the pillows and that the year is 2009, genre = rock.
