hahaha hamtaro...such a good show.

Dude reboot was freakin awesome. Well it looks like the current line up of toonami cartoons wasn't very compelling anyway....Ben 10?

And besides it looks like Cartoon Network is aiming away from the anime loving viewers with their new host of stupid shit that they show there.

Anyway, bye tom and his woman computer.

I recall not caring much for reboot, and really liking Hamtaro. And Outlaw Star, wowzers, that first bit of the story with that awesome woman and Gene stomping around before Melfina enters the plot, that was cool shit. I felt the show ended too soon. I loved how their ship was always breaking down.

Big O was a bit confusing for me. I was having troubles trying to connect with how they were trying to tell the story. I'll have to give it another try. It seemed like they were doing a lot of action oriented, low plot development episodes, then I missed a few episodes, and all of a sudden the main character is tripping out about "THE TOMATOES!" :dizzy:

PEOPLE, SOYLENT GREEN IS PEOPLLLLLLEEE!!!

One of the badass things about living near Atlanta is that I've driven past Adult Swim headquarters on a number of occasions.

Back when I was in middle school I saw DBZ, Tenshi, and a few other animes I guess. Can't remember very well anymore, I was never into Gundam (except G Gundam which rocked because it was so dumb and didn't take itself seriously) and never saw Reboot.

Oh yeah, I liked Rurouni Kenshin. But then again I'm a sucker for just about anything, animated or not, involving samurai swords and similar stuff. But yeah I never watch anime anymore.

Oh yeah, RK! For the length of the series, I recall watching the vast majority of it. The Samurai X origin story and Series ending storyline were also completely awesome. RK and Gundam Wing did a great job of being entertaining throughout a longer number of episodes.

OMG anybody remember The Real Adventures of Johnny Quest? :whoa:

Gundam Seed, more like "Political negotiations and brief romantic encounters: Now with some mechs!"

first of all, 12 oz. mouse was a fantastic show. if it were a web cartoon people would probably give it the time of day, but people keep putting it down because of the art, without actually watching the show a couple times before writing it off.

I've tried watching squidbillies a few times, but I just can't get into it. I just don't find redneck humor all that entertaining.

I watched 12 oz. Mouse and it just didn't do anything for me. I'll give it a try because at first I didn't like Tim And Eric but eventually I warmed up to it and now I like it more than Tom Goes to the Mayor. However, Squidbillies had one funny moment. The episode where they were basically having a Squid Power rally against whities was funny.

Tom was a great host. Though his evolutions have changed dramatically,
I've slowly forgotten about the show and when it aired. I stopped watching
TV 2 years ago, I just couldn't keep up with
such a hectic lifestyle while watching some dissapointing shows now.
I loved it when DBZ was the absolute shit. It was THE show to watch.
Every morning in 6th grade before class we would all talk about last nights episode!
Not only DBZ, but several awesome shows such as Reboot, Sailor Moon, Hamtaro, etc...
Cheers to Tom for his glory days.
Goodbye and farewell.

Toonami was awesome as fuck back in the day. I remember watching Thundercats, Ronin Warriors, REEBOT, Gundam Wing, Tenchi, Outlaw Star, DBZ, Dragon ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Cowboy Bebop, Sailor Moon (we all watched it admit it), Hamtaro ( :3 Ham Hams unite!), Big O, all that good stuff. I also always remember watching their little DBZ movie special things, like when they showed the Garlic Jr. Saga movie. I know there was like a shit load more shows that I watched but I can't remember.

One time though, I will never forget this. I stayed up with a friend until like 3 a.m. and back then that was a big deal cause I was usually always out early as hell. But yeah we stayed up late and we got to see a bunch of Daft Punk music videos when they first came out from their Discovery album. It was so awesome. I mainly jsut remember seein One More Time and Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger videos but I can kinda remember seein Digital Love and Aerodynamic also.

Good times indeed

*Anyone remember when Tom's ship was attacked by an alien, or like an alien virus or something like that? lol they had to go on lockdown.

One channel lost. They can keep their Adult Swim.
Let's see all I've seen were three versions of Tom. Two where he's a robot in a ship with color changes. I don't know what is the third one. Then came these series of flying robots I don't remember seeing. How many changes did Tom go through?
Used to stay up at night watching 08th MS Team with my cousin which made staying up awesome, not like this because I-have-to-do-some-homework bullshit, also that ep in Dragon Ball Z where Gohan was destroying shit on some rocky floating island, as well as the original Dragon Ball, Gundam Wing, Z Gundam, the Dragon Ball after Z, GT or some shit.

Farewell.

The first sailor moon episode I ever saw was one where usagi's family went to a ski resort or something with a hot spa and usagi's brother yanked off her towel lolz. Ah man, I watched a lot of episodes of Sailor Moon. It was fun because it was so easy to hate the main character, and my brother and I always mocked when Tuxedo Mask threw his roses.

HAHA! I'LL CHUCK THIS ROSE AT YOU!

AHHHH FUCK IT BURNS!!!!!!!! *EXPLODES*

That show had balls THIS BIG. (These are all IIRCs, I haven't seen the show in so many years so I may be wrong on some things.) Like the climax of the first season, they fucking kill off everyone in the battle, I remember Ami getting trapped and falling into MOTHERFUCKING BOILING LAVA AT THE NORTH POLE. At the beginning of the final season, Usagi's bf gets jumped and killed right in front of her eyes as she's waving him off to Harvard, and he stays dead until the very end of the series. In one of the Movies, I recall Sailor Uranus using her beam sword weapon and afterwards while talking to Sailor Neptune with it still drawn out, she suddenly blushes after something Neptune says. Possibly Cartoon Network censoring a phallic remark? Super lolz if that is the case.

Spirituality/Reincarnation/Destiny, gay characters; heroes and villains alike, faptastic transformations and attacks, Sailor Jupiter FTW. Yeah, you had to deal with them bickering with each other alot; the primary target was teenage girls after all. But Sailor Moon combined with DBZ, Tenchi Universe and Gundam Wing was a hella unique and awesome block of programming for my developing middle school mind. :3

ZOMG I was so into DBZ and Sailor Moon when they aired together.

It pissed me off Toonami reset DBZ to the first episode every time a saga ended or was about to end.
