Re: Ging Nang Boyz ok so...what's this about them contributing a song called NY Marathon to a movie coming out this fall? I remember reading about it somewhere. I think it also said that Mineta was going to appear in the series as a singer in a band or something. I'll look for it again.
EDIT: found it on their rising sun rock festival profile.

GING NANG BOYZ's song "NY Marathon" is set to be the theme song of the motion picture "Shonen Meriken Sakku" that will be released this fall. Mineta will also be appearing in the film himself, playing the role of the singer in a band that appears in the film's early days."

Re: Ging Nang Boyz And as we've come to expect, GNB hit another one out of the park. The part where the guitar and drums come in is just amazing, in fact I think this has some of the most noticeable drumming I've ever heard from Murai. And how can you not love the squawking organ solo?!

lolololz, I just repeated the organ part like 5x before I read this post.
At first I didn't really like it, so I can see how meh a lot of it is to some people, but the video really brings it together for me. I also agree that Murai's drumming is a very large and special component of the song. It totally gets the "oh shit factor" going when they're just standing around in the gym. I don't know, there's just this certain feeling that I connect with when I watch this video which makes it hella awesome.
