This is just a quick guess, but it looks like an edited version of "wide latin" (i think it's pre-loaded).

But it could be an actual font (don't have to edit) somewhere online. :?

he mightve gotten the idea from this. called "Young Star". most likely, there are more variations of this and wide latin.

i think i got it from themeworld.com
