This is just a quick guess, but it looks like an edited version of "wide latin" (i think it's pre-loaded).
Heres an example of it, slightly modded by moving the letters to the right spots: [url=http://imageshack.us][img]http://img316.imageshack.us/img316/9269/test5gt.png[/img][/url]
But it could be an actual font (don't have to edit) somewhere online.

he mightve gotten the idea from this. called "Young Star". most likely, there are more variations of this and wide latin.
