ehh, yeah, it was prolly my peak year anyways, sucks how most all swimmers peak at 20...oh well i guess. and yeah, i have quite a few years of swimmin under my belt, and i think when i was in high school my 50s were about the same, so not bad at all.

Heh, I downloaded an ebook, Stupid White Men by Michael Moore.

It's pretty interesting, from what I've read (the introduction.) I'll be looking at this for a while. The only thing that's irksome is that he b lames fucking everything on the Bush election in 2000. Is it just me making things up in my head, but was there an election in 2004 too? SHRUG.

The irksome thing about Michael Moore is his formula:

1) Devise a retarded opinion based on a tragic situation.
2) Make up "facts"/spin existing "facts" to support said opinion.
3) Sensationalize x3.
4) Put all efforts toward making money off of said tragic situation.

What he does is kind of disgusting, actually.

Sometimes wrapped within is disgusting forum is an actual good point. And it's because of these seldom seen beauties that I bother looking at stuff like this. But I liked Michael Moore when I saw his film, The Big One; it's about big corporations and stuff. I recommend it.

This is true. Even in the worst, most outrageous propoganda there may lie a decent point.

What about big corporations, though? There are few things in this society that it's socially acceptable to spread demeaning lies about. These are the wealthy, lawyers, and - of course - corporations. So he may have just gotten a free ticket on that one.

Wow, I just saw some interview with Michael Moore talking and in it, he pointed out that Bush doesn't think it's right for there to be ballistic fingerprinting (i.e. finding which bullet came from what gun.) Bush feels as though it's a violation of the shooter's privacy.

What the fuck is that shit?

Did he have anything to substantiate this claim?
