I would only bother to go see them play their FLCL shit if they played in my backyard. Wait no, I'd call the police...

I just wish they would pick a better place in SF.
Slims was just too overcrowded, I would like a place that actually has assigned seating or something.

Well, that was technically a good thing, then >.> They over-sold Slim's, so hopefully they'll try and book a place a bit bigger next time around.

The Knitting Factory sucks. I hate that piece of shit, small, dark place in the middle of get-stabbed central. However, I am grateful that I am able to see them live, so I'll just have to take what I can get.

I felt like the floor was going to collapse the whole time. And it was too small, I mean, that one girl fell or whatever.

Yeah, Jun's face was priceless when that girl collapsed. I dunno what happened, she was like 3 peaople to the left diagonal of me.
I'd be more than happy to go back though.
I got all my merch before the show, so it was all good. If you didn't catch it, the line afterward was HUGE. I stocked up.
It's fun to tell it liek a survival story to my friends. "It was jamm packed an blistering hot. I felt like I was going to die. But I was there for one reason, and one reason over. THE PILLOWS."
Also, those "crowd surfers" were a pain in the ass. They knocked Sawao with the mic and everything. I wanted to pull them down to the floor.

Im pretty sure they like too see their fans go crazy so those little places are probably fun for them. Probably a good break from the big venues they play at, I mean there Sawao could never crowd surf. But since there are those who dont go crazy, venues with some seating in the balcony would be good.
personally I could never stand sitting at a rock concert, Much less a PILLOWS concert. So I enjoy the venues.
