me and jedi discussed this and cried together for an hour cause we couldn't see it. I have a feeling that Nakao and Mukai don't get along too well. Even in dvds, they really didn't talk, or interact that much. Its either Inazawa and Mukai hanging out, or hisako and nakao.

Well that's how they came from their previous bands so it makes sense. And it seems like Mukai was friends with Inazawa maybe before he was even in Number 5.

There's only one way to settle this. FANFICTION.
In all seriousness, now that Tabuchi and Inazawa can sing, they don't need Mukai. They can do a Number Girl reunion on their own.

Yeah, but she's gotten better since then.

Yeah but anything that involves metallic tone requires Mukai. and since he wrote most everything, without him it would be pretty lame. Well, not lame, just not that tight.

agreed. If there was no Mukai or if he never tried to form a band in the first place, guess what, guys? It'd be like when Zep tried to get back together in 95, or when the dead kennedys got back together without Jello Biafra. Those kind of reunions don't last very long. It not only does the band an injustice, but the fans as well. If they got together without mukai, it wouldn't be show i'd be dying to see. But it's possible they'll play a NG song in the encore or something.
