I planned on buying all of the Omoide collections, i just haven't gotten around to doing it. I think i'd rather get some bandscores before then though.

Bye Bye is worth it just for Omoide in My Head. Photocopy that shit, and post it all over your walls.

But Num-Heavymetallic...has Num-Heavymetallic, Num-Ami-Dabutz, Tombo, Delayed Brain, Cibicco San, Manga Sick, and Seiteki Shoujo*.

So yeah. I'm not saying Bye Bye doesn't have any great songs other than Omoide in My Head...just none that'd I really want to know how to play.

*The ending guitar howls from Tabuchi are killer.

i love I Don't Know. I listen to it over and over again. Unfortunately, I seem to be unable to find the single new anywhere.

Actually, I've been able to pretty much figure out the lead parts to every Number Girl song I've attemped. The chords/chord picking is much more challenging; my guess is that either Mukai or Hisako usually play in DADGAD.

I never use a capo for anything, electric-wise. Barre chords ftw

Capos are so nice when you put them up high, and just finger pick a basic chord progression. With delay.

Such a different sound.

Paperclips work nicely.

I'm pretty sure that School Girl Bye Bye has no bandscore. I've definitely never seen one.

I find that I have the exact same problem as Thinliine. Hisako's parts are generally easy to figure out, and Mukai's are the one's that give me trouble. I know he plays in drop D tuning sometimes, but I'm not sure about DADGAD.

From my bandscore, here are the special notes for each song:

Num-Heavymetallic - nothing
Inuzini - Drop D tuning
Num-Ami-Dabutz - nothing
Tombo the Electric Bloodred - Capo on 2nd fret (Mukai)
Delayed Brain - Capo on 2nd fret (Mukai)
Cibicco-san - Capo on 2nd fret (Mukai)
Manga Sick - Drop D tuning
Fu-Si-Gi - Capo on 2nd fret (Mukai)
Seiteki Shoujo - Capo on 2nd fret (Mukai)
Frustration In My Blood - Capo on 2nd fret
Kuromegachi na Shoujo - Drop D tuning

(Num-Ami-Dabutz single)
Fight Fight - Capo on 2nd fret (Mukai)
Machigai - Capo on 2nd fret (Mukai)
Mukai Night - Capo on 2nd fret (Mukai + Hisako)

I don't know if that helps anyone whose trying to figure out those songs, but..

In the meantime, let's hear it for Number Girl album/single artwork.
