my fav: RUSH. kool room, camera angles, good closeups of Sawao, they're really into the playing, its friggin black/white <3, and they're all wearing awesome shirts. =]
and Carnival. gotta admit that the details and the climatic-flare-part kick ass.

You're right, in a way it is a "PROMOTIONAL VIDEO." Although, often times (if not all), the term is reserved for the PROMOTION of a new song, by having a full length music video. Not a short clip like STALKER's.
If it was an official PV it would be up on the pillows' official site.

but again, it's really part of 'nite sugar waltz', which is sort of a PV... non-traditional, sure. i can't think of what else to categorize it as.
