Re: A History of the Songs of the Lostmen
Wasn't Marekenshin suppose to make a whole biography or some crap about the pillows YEARS ago? He was gonna turn it in or something but never really did? He mentioned he was gonna post it here but never did?
Either way, good stuff.

Re: A History of the Songs of the Lostmen
By the way, y'all, Thomas, Mafu, and myself are combining our uber-fan powers to work on something pretty cool for you all. We're planning on bringing all the cool pillows history, trivia, lyrics, etc. together into a more organized fashion so that it can be browsed through and enjoyed more easily instead of having it all scattered about the forum and whatnot. Long-term project, obviously, but as you can see from this thread and all the awesome info that Thomas has already compiled so far, we've got a pretty decent start on it, I think.

Re: A History of the Songs of the Lostmen
That's awesome, you guys. I've been thinking we could use a more updated fan site. I'll be down to contribute what I can. Is it going to be its own website or something here on the forum? Or get Terra to update Instant Music?

Re: A History of the Songs of the Lostmen
I sent terra an email about the project. Not sure in terms of hosting, but we'll get it linked from the main site if it's not outright integrated into pirouzu.net somehow. We'll see.

Would be cool to have the forum linked off of this new site.
Wow, interesting stuff. I had no idea that Iwata was in the same band as Sawao (for that matter, any time I've ever seen The Coinlocker Babies referenced, it always says "Sawao and two unknown other members" or something like that.)
Good news y'all. Iwata ain't dead at least. New music!

Still, it's new to me. I had no idea there was more Hermit... not since what I heard back on Electric Rays. Sounding pretty good here. Edit: Oh this song is quite old it seems. So I guess Hermit really has been gone for a while now.

He's quite the inspiration for a portion of my own music; such a talented man he is.
