Re: Bloodthirsty Butchers Butchers are such a great band. Funny enough, for me, their power has always been in their entire discography. They have awesome songs, but I feel the most when I reminiscence on their discog while basking in the moment of an awesome song. Will always love these guys.

Re: Bloodthirsty Butchers I like it too. It's grown on me a lot since I first heard it. At first I thought it was a bit too straight forward of a cover, but now I'm noting all the great production work and rearrangements they did on some of the guitar parts. The bass is great. The guitar solo is pretty awesome as well. Sawao's half is almost too silly but fits. Good shit.  I loved Mukai's Poolside. Card's Sunn was purty cool. I'm still listening to it. Good stuff all around.

While I really respect Yoshi as a musician, sometimes his vocals left a bit more to be desired, if you know what I mean. Here's an old Number Girl cover of Poolside, btw.
