A show on the east coast increases the chance for a show in the midwest...I hope?

I can imagine how that would play out on the news...

Re: New US Pillows Tour. (Seattle date confirmed)
I'm heading to Cedar Point in a few days, specifically on 8/9 (omg yay!) Now possibly a pillows concert!? I'm worried because I don't even have a clue HOW I'm going to Cedar Point seeing as we collectively are rather short on fundage. I got the discount rates on the tickets (Eat'N Park group day), paid for a new car battery and booked the hotel, and all I have left is $50. Not to mention I want to ride the Go Karts and hit the bowling alley the next day. Somebody else better have gas money lol. Hopefully I'll be able to put money aside for the pillows.

Nice. I grew up in Ohio, so I went to Cedar Point a few times during Summer vacation back in the day. Good times. Is it your first time going?

Re: New US Pillows Tour. (Seattle date confirmed)
2nd time. FUCK YEAH, MAVERICK! I rode everything last time except for Mean Streak (out of order) and Iron Dragon, which I must have just missed. The only coaster I didn't like so much was Raptor, kinda dizzied the shit outta me. I liked the inverted hanging coaster from Dorney Park, Talon, but Raptor was really rough on me. Mantis jellied my legs but it was hella fun, very memorable. I enjoyed Millennium Force and Top Thrill Dragster but they seemed a bit overrated, Magnum XL-200 was awesome though. With the time I save by not riding Raptor and Disaster Transport (sucked, Exterminator at Kennywood is way better), I'll get an extra turn on Maverick. squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~

Haha, the Maverick is probably my favorite too. The wait is always really long, but it's worth it. Iron Dragon is fun too. Never had the balls to ride the Millenium, though...
How long would a pillows & noodles set usually last? So I can plan a trip to the NY show and be back home by morning.
Somewhere around 45 minutes to a little over an hour if we're lucky, plus about 15 minutes between bands.
There also might be more opening acts that haven't been announced yet.

LA show tickets go on sale Monday 8/8. http://www.theelrey.com/view-details.php?id=32916 I really hope Jun will be here this time. I will see any IM members there, I will probably be one of the first few people in line, wearing the craziest pillows shirt. http://www.delicious-label.com/dbs2010/goods.html
A show on the east coast increases the chance for a show in the midwest...I hope?
For the love of God I hope so. Damn it we need a Chicago show. Why go cost to coast and not stop in the middle? I don't want to be screwed again like 2008. EDIT Actually, just realized... if they're playing Seattle the 9th and NYC the 11th, I highly doubt they'll play Chicago on the 10th due to fatigue from jet lag and whtnot. I don't think the Midwest's chances are looking good. Again.
