It happened to me earlier, but then was fine when I tried again a few minutes later.

For some reason, sometimes, I compulsively check this site and several others, in series, multiple times in a given period of time, so I probably just noticed more than the rest of you. It happened once, for a short moment, that Mare likely noticed. The second time was much longer, and later resulted in a stripped down version of the site with no layout. All seems well...for now.

I also closely monitor where is step (cracks, etc.), if you wanted to know any of my other compulsions that occasionally present themselves.

Sheer doesn't wanna crack his mama's back.

I rinse plates/bowls/cups/silverware before I eat out of them, even if I know they're clean, and I usually can't drink something if it's been left out for too long because of this one episode of powerpuff girls that I watched where this radioactive fly flew into this kid's jar of Elmer's Glue that he was eating out of. I'm not worried about radioactive flies--just the grossness of flies in general.

I also can't drink out of someone else's glass due to some shitty germ video we watched in seventh grade.

This thread is now about compulsions.

I also dislike drinking out of others' (including my family) glasses, cans, etc., unless I routinely make out with them, because...well, then what's the point?

Also, I can't rationalize or explain my compulsions, like Blank can.

EDIT: One thing I absolutely can't stand is water spots on silverware, especially at restaurants. Every time I see that shit, I have to dunk the utensil into my glass of water.

I drink bottles/glasses of things really quickly so as not to see what I may have left behind in a drink.

I keep getting these messages that say "could not load page: connection to the server was reset" or something.

Yeah, I just got the basic firefox connection reset thing.

I didn't get that shit earlier because I was taking a nap, most likely.

What was happening earlier was an actual forum error though; I get that firefox connection thing a lot from IM, but this was a thing where the forum itself loaded but displayed an error message.

Well... I'll say the obvious here, it would help to know what the error said.
