Post Rage Against the Machine

I was listening to Audioslave yesterday, but I needed more balls, so I popped in Battle of Los Angeles.

I know there are other fans here.

Battle of Los Angeles is definitely one of my favorite all-time albums.

Is Zach still doing solo work? The last I heard of him was something on the Fahrenheit 911 soundtrack I think.

I started a thread about this a while back, but nobody cared.

And yes, RATM is one of the most kickass bands out there. One of my top three.

Oh and JomeI, I have the "live at the grand olympic auditorium" dvd rip, if you want it. The amount of ass kicking in that mpeg, is enormous.

They're good. But their validity fails due to them being on a major record label, despite the fact that it was to reach a wider audiance.

Explain.

I said that because it was what I had heard somewhere. I never actually followed their career. But I still stand by what I said about their validity and their record label.

I'm not actually. I think they made some good music and great points in their lyrics. But being someone who listen to political music, that is why I said that.

It's wrong because they didn't just sing about activism and such, they actually partook (and stil do) in it.

Axis of justice, UNITE!, ect ect.

Record label doesn't mean shit.
