Post House music
Any house music fans?

Don't talk to me if you're into Crystal Castles or anything that is labeled as "dubstep".

I don't listen to it, but dubstep is definitely, legitimately, electronic music. It's not house, but it's electronic.

I appreciate thejedipunk for getting me into some great music, namely Zazen Boys, Number Girl, Nino Trinca, and Astrud Gilberto.

I appreciate him for nothing more.

Daft Punk is absolutely one of my favorites. I hope they release news of new tour, soon. I'd love for them to do their typical live performance yet have it be complimented by a DJ set. They are amazing DJs.

Have you heard their Essential Mix? People might claim that Paul Oakenfold's Essential Mix (aka the Goa Mix) to be the greatest Essential Mix of all time. I have to disagree. Listen to Daft Punk's and you were be blown away. Check it out on YouTube.

Jabberloop, it's actually broken beat, nu jazz.
But it's closest to house for me.

(but to answer your question, no, I'm not a house music fan)

yeah Daft Punk is good stuff, also Chemical Brothers and DJ Shadow.

Also they're not house music, but my fav electronica band is probably Boards of Canada. Music has the Right to Children is amazing.

Yeah, Daft Punk is house. They're a mix of both acid and French house.

Check out deadmau5. Arguably the biggest name in house music right now, specifically progressive house.
Basement Jaxx is also classic.

I'm a big fan of disco house. Probably don't have too many tracks that are disco house as I should.

Check out Duck Sauce. Weirdest name I know but it's a collaboration between A-Trak and Armand Van Helden. Pure disco house and alot of fun.
Louis La Roché is amazing, too. Gained a bit of notoriety on the internet when someone decided to confuse a song of his for a Thomas Bangalter track (Bangalter is one half of Daft Punk).

Also, I just have to rep this:
