Post asian kung fu gen/Beat Crusaders inspired rock band..
Look, I need help...A drummer, Second guitar and a synth player also (maybe) some singers.
Im a very huge fan of The Pillows Asian Kungfu generation Beat Crusaders and sex machinguns, im pretty sure you all know who they are.
if anyone from the Bay Area( Sanfran, Richmond, Oakland, concord, ect) please give this a shot.
This band is Called Never Knows Best, I just released the album its called Mexicanese. I did all the parts(since no one helped me). 7tracks of wanna be asian band fun. http://www.reverbnation.com/mexicanese

please give it a try, Go ahead and tell me it sucks or its something new whatever. I worked my ass off on this album and I want to be playing it with YOU. So please let me know if you like to join. heres my email ( Drummerdirtydee@yahoo.com ) I have everything we need to practice, drums amps PA ect.

This is all for the sake of the Japanese bands that have touched our hearts

Never Knows Best
-nasty notes

The dissonance in "BART" is unpleasant, it would have worked better with melodic progression/lead in that intro, imo. Vocals could definitely use some work, but at least you're hitting the notes! More than can be said for most people. If you would have hit me up during the summer, I probably would have been willing to jam, was in Berkeley the whole time, lol. Sounds less Japanese-rock inspired and more like stuff by Bob Nanna to me, but I never really listened to much Beat Crusaders, so that could be their influence I guess? Songwriting isn't bad, but next time you should invest extra to get a better sound guy/studio. WTF is up with the sound quality dropping to shit in the middle of "I don't matter"? Decent songwriting, good luck.

yes I need a whole band...Im still working on that.

As far as the sound goes, I have only to afford a 900$ recording package. and a shitty computer.
and im still saving up money for better stuff.
thank you for telling me that my music still needs help, but you try recording with no band! No one to back you up on guitar or bass! its super hard.

thanks anyways

Mare in particular uses Guitar Pro to create synth drum tracks since he dosen't have a drummer currently, nor a Bassist last I checked. Gotta do what you can with what you got.

I suggest investing in singing lessons.
