 Anyone hear of a band... called Kumino? If so, can you hook me up with a web site or something? I tried to google them but all I could find were spanish pages about some spice.

Not a clue.
Apparently one of their songs is going to be used as an opening to a new anime that's coming out soon and that's about all I know. Also they are going to be playing up here next year and I'm supposed to find an another Japanese band to play the same night. My concern is I'm supposed to find an opening act but all of the bands that are in consideration to open seem to be more popular than this band.
Maybe I'm spelling it wrong or something.

It's Camino not Kumino, my bad. Found them. They're pretty good acually. Kind of L'arc~en~Ciel-esque. They remind me a lot of them actually. Check them out if you get the chance.
