Waiting for My Food wins.

Too bad Inazawa can't drum, play guitar, and sing at the same time :|

The vocals are great and cat-like like Sparta Locals and the tempo and rythym is great and up-beat. I have yet to listen to Waiting for my Food until one of you fags fix that one track to download.

Vola rocks. I was thinking about starting this thread earlier today, but someone beat me to it. Anyway, Vola just might be the new Sparta Locals. Inazawa's vocals are much cooler than Abe's (as of late), and the other guitarist with Vola is extremely good, as the Principle of Machine bridge/solo demonstrates.

However, I wish Inazawa would get back to drumming for someone...

Vola is pretty good, but they aren't nearly as good as Toddle.

toddle is great, but I don't understand why Tabuchi gets so much crap for her vocals. Personally, I LOVE the way she sings; her voice sounds much better than the high-pitched whine of most female Japanese singers; heck, I'd even take her voice over the nasally squawks of Abe and Inazawa.

If you watch live videos you understand. But since she is who she is it just makes it that much cuter and acceptable. And better.

it's not that her vocals are rough, i find, from the video i've seen, that she was kinda boring. the song wasn't that great, imo, either

It's pretty amazing how Hisako's voice compliments her songs well in minor keys. "I Dedicate a D Chord" has this great joyful singing voice too.

I couldn't find any toddle videos on YouTube. :/

Heh. yeah. Kinda like Sparta Locals, yet a bit harsher and more minor-key. The vocals sound very similar - similar to Abe's signature cat-like sound. I like it.

Currently, I only have the 96kbps versions of A Communication refusal desire, concour, dream diagnosis, and Song of Ruin that I got from their myspace page.

Anyone with AIM wanna hit me up and send me their EP? It'd be greatly appreciated.
