I see London
I see Sam's Town

I just got back from seeing them from Boston; and holy FUCK did they do an awesome show! The songs sounded so much better live, and Brandon Flowers did the impossible: have the stage presence equivalent of Freddie Mercury. They even performed "Glamorous Indie Rock 'n' Roll," which I thought they wouldn't do since it was a bonus track (happens to be my fav. song by them 'cause it's so true!!!).

I have Hot Fuss Limited Edition, though I haven't listened to it that much. I liked Mr. Brightside and All These Things That I've Done, but I can't really remember much else. I should listen to it again, possibly hear more I like.

When You Were Young is CRAZY live. Too bad wikipedia thinks Flowers is a douchebag, but he kinda deserves it.
The band's lead singer, Brandon Flowers, was quoted as saying that 'Sam's Town' will be "one of the best albums in the past twenty years" in the October 2006 edition of Giant magazine, and "the album that keeps rock & roll afloat" in Entertainment Weekly.
Presumptious fucker, isn't he? I seem to remember Hoobastank saying something to the extent that they were the best band in the world after they released their first album.

That's funny, I saw this Brandon Flowers on TV and he had the stage presence of a multi-purpose gardening tool, more or less. Go figure, I had them pegged as a studio band.
