Japanese noise band/chinese dub goodness sponsored by triple bypass surgery.
Went to a show last summer and got a t shirt and a cd signed by the guitarist, Agata, probably one of the most unique guitarists in hardcore. In addition to using more than fifteen guitar effects every show, he's so awesome, he wears a surgical mask during live shows.

Oh wow, surgical mask... uhuh. Nothing against the band, but that really isn't something to base coolness off of. There are probably a thousand other suckier bands with cooler gimmicks.

Melt Banana is okay with me, though.

This is without a doubt the shittiest band I've ever seen. The guitarist is NOT amazing. It has the most awful bass sound I've ever heard. Stop listening to music. Actually, just go shoot yourself. Both of you.

In a word - annoying. In four words - hard to listen to.

Sorry, man. Video was somewhat entertaining, though.

Just a bit of sarcasm on the surgical mask thing. Read my post over, please. Nowhere does it say that I myself think the band is awesome, but i'm not saying that i hate their sound either. As of now, they're a pretty respectable band because their latest stuff is more metal than just noise. This is also a very old video, back when they first got together in '94.
I also admit that their live shows are pretty fun as well. But you either hate them, or accept them for what they are i guess.

Think of it as encouraging a more..."open minded" taste in music. I guess Steven would like me to post a Keith Sweat video instead.

Here you go bro, enjoy.

hmm... I'm more a fan of noise.

as for steven's comment, I don't even really listen to this band. It's not something i would listen to much, but I can accept them for what they are.

The guitar player is quite different.

Reminds me alot of Frank Zappa.

Haha nice way for me to return, huh?

Since I've been gone, my musicial tastes have completely changed. I can't remember the last time I listened to any rock. I primarily listen to Jazz, Fusion, and classical. Chic Corea is now my fusion homie. But yeah, I've heard melt banana before and they blow. Hard.
