It's a performance by 3 old Malaysian rock bands, Lefthanded, May and Wings in an award show 3 years ago.

i didn't really like the singing, though that could be just because i have no experience with malaysian singers, but i thought the music was pretty good...and as a side note...did i see two lefthanded guitarists? and were they both using right-handed guitars?

Yep. The two guitarists, Joe from Wings and Man Kidal from Lefthanded, are in fact, lefthanded. Some say that they're the top two guitarists here.
Humble beginnings made them learn to play guitar using a normal, right-handed one, with strings upside down (i think).
The lead singer for Lefthanded (the first vocalist) and Wings (the third), have stopped singing for quite a while. The only active band between those three is May (the second vocalist)
