 Dave Brubeck
OMG Paul Desmond for the tonal win.
The Dave brubeck octet, and quartet fucking swang (sp?). Paul Desmond was the highlight. He had the perfect tone. PERFECT. Any jazz fan here needs to check him out.

I only have recordings of the Dave Brubeck Trio with Gerry Mulligan. Some live set they did in Germany. Awesome stuff.

I'm all about Everybody's Jumpin' lately. I also did Blue Rondo A la Turk's switching back and forth from 5/4 to 4/4. Paul Desmond is what really makes Dave's band swing though.
