From the looks of this photo, he uses a BD and Mega Distortion (live at least). Don't worry about the white one, its a tuner.

That's what I've pretty much seen him use before the Bump tour, the Line 6.
Didn't a bunch of their gear get lost or stolen on the way to the states? I thought I heard that somewhere. If so, then the rig in that picture could just be a temporary replacement.

manabe has the guitar equipment equivalent of a cartoon characters closet -rows and rows of identical blues drivers and turbo distortion boxes- which is what he lent sawao when meth addicts stole their gear.
