Why would you buy a hollow body and plan on using distortion on it?

WHY

It might be the only one he has.

I'd go with a blues driver, not so much gain. Don't try for too hard of a sound, like a Metal Master. You'll sound (and look) like a stupid.

I always thought a blues driver was BOSS? Metal Master is Digitech, which is lame, but I wasn't recommending that.

I know, I'm just warning you. You DID mentioned a Metal Master.

WORST DISTORTION EVER.

I actually own and love my Blues Driver. I've got my sound dialed with it on my strat. Nice overdrive for $75 bucks.

AWPJudy and I were thinking of buying and sharing a blues driver(we're sort of in a band). I kinda wanted to paint it with monster decals. That would be so cool...

Why?

Because. It's Stupid to draw on it. Not only is it going to look horrible, it will have little re-sale value.

1. Shut up. I paint well.
2. Why in god's name would I sell a blues driver?
3. Even if I did, I could sell it to some unsuspecting pillows fan saying, "This was Manabe's prized 'Blues Drive Monster!' He painted it himself!"

And in what will eventually turn up as a double-sided sword for me, they're not very dumb.

I'm tired of everyone treating it like it's god's choice of guitar pedals. It's just a stupid overdrive pedal. I mean it's a quality effect, but it's nothing to fantasize over.

Nevertheless, why would I sell a quality effect? I probably wouldn't be able to sell it for what I'm gonna get it anyway.
