*copy-pasted from my myspace. sorry for the double-post. but that last one came out kinda suddenly..
Overall, the show was great. Cesar, Culen, his friend (fun guy~), and eventually Ureshii and his friend were there as the "Instant Music Group".

When i got there, the guys had already talked to the bands who were outside. Cesar got autographs and got to chat with them a bit. =]
The opening band was a bit.. too poppy-emo but the vocalist was singing a lot like Butch Walker.. his voice and the way he moves around when singing is a lot like Butch.. but this singer couldn't really pull it off cuz he didn't really have the Butch looks/talents.. sorry to say.. and there were about 8 people watching.. and that's including the 4 of us and 2 of the band's girlfriends. around 12 were just around the bar and back seats.. and that's including the other bands.
the next band realllly irked me.. it was an acoustic trio and the vocalist sounded like the vocals from Bowling for Soup except with a considerably starchy throat. but this gave us time to chat a bit with Yoko and Chie Arai in the back of the room and to grab some swag.
Next was noodles~ they rocked. hard. (as we IM kids like to say. amirite?). but seriously.. Ayumi (drums) banged her drums so hard that her high-hat fell apart after a few songs. and she plays barefoot. (uber~). Yoko and Ikuno were fantastic also - they played almost non-stop yet Yoko didn't even break a sweat and Ikuno didn't have any facial expression change whatsoever, but her hands were going crazy on her bass! they rock live just as well as the pillows. yay.
A large group was around then. and it looks like most of the people inside were there just for the noodles. not a lot of kids like us. most people left right after they finished their set. sadly, only 8 or so stayed for the Stereo Future. I, myself, only stayed for 2 songs.. i just wanted to hear "The Fame" live. haha. but my mum stayed with us and so i wanted to leave early. Culen and his friend left right after noodles played.
Their swag: they had some stuff layed out in the back part of the room. Chie Arai was there the whole time. Some noodles hung out there most of the time with some of the Stereo Future guys. Nick from SF and Yoko were sticking together most of the time like they preferred not to be around any other people or something.. =O? anywayz, they were selling Ivy ($12), God Cable ($15), On the Wall.dvd ($?), Go! Delicious! Go! ($?), and i think some shirts.. but they sold out of those pretty quick. Stereo Future was selling 2 kinds of shirts.. for some reason they were only girley shirts ($15).. and their album ($10). I got one SF shirt, Ivy, and God Cable and i got my Delicious Bump dvd signed by noodles. i also took a poster from the wall.
*pictures..i'm getting them developed.. it'll be around a week til i get them back.
