Re: Number Girl I'm re-ripping my whole collection at 320, it'll be sometime this week (I'm also trying to get a 320 direct rip compilation done at Distortional Addict, Skool's/my Number Girl and related forum). I did the first two albums, if you want those in 320 in the meantime.

Re: Number Girl I bought a very expensive top boost pedal today ( http://www.pedalgeek.com/cgi-bin/new_sh ... ink--mttbc). I am sooo close to Mukai's sound as is, but I'm missing that crucial jangly treble. I pray this is the ingredient that leads me into tonal ecstasy.

[/quote] I'm just trying to understand why you bought a 225$ pedal, presumeably without ever using one, when you just made those posts listing all the things wrong with your guitar in the other thread. I mean, you don't need a 200$ pedal to get "jangly treble". It just seems like if you have all that money to blow on a pedal you're not even sure will get you the sound you want, you'd have gotten a better guitar by now.
