OMG. I feel like an idiot. That was the most unclear I've ever been. By "traditional" I meant that it has a traditional Japanese sound. At least to me.
It was late

I knew that was coming.
Let's please stop with this superiorityididitfirst thing. I'm not just pointing at you either...hell, I've done it myself.
It all started with Culen's pre-Runner's High bashing and now it has spread to basically every aspect of each individual post and it is not benefiting any one of us.
Why don't we point out the positives in music rather than dwell on the negatives?
And is there anything wrong with sharing a little info with you guys? I know for a fact someone will stumble upon this thread and be thankful for these lyrics. You or anyone else that has already read them can just skip over or post a friendly comment. Jeebus.
We have so much in common and we are all passionate about our music; Can't we all get along?[/quote]
Then someone at least post the link to that Japanese Zazen Boys site with tabs.
EDIT: That's the only reliable place for the Back Horn and other bands too, unless you want to go to Anime Lyrics(.com)

First of all, wtf is up with all the Num Ami Dabutz fellating? It's an ok song in my opinion, but it sure as hell isn't catchy nor does it show "musical genius." It doesn't even sound like most of Number Girl's songs. Num-Heavymetallic is a good album, but not my favorite. And also, how the hell is it an "accessable" song? It's very odd compared to many other NG songs. It turned me off at first a long time ago when it was the first song of theirs I heard. Then I heard their good songs.

I was disappointed when I heard it the first time in studio. It's way better live.
I saw the RIJ2002 video version first and it was perfect. Then I heard the studio and was disappointed by its slower tempo and shit.

QFT. That whole set was flawless. Best live performance of Omoide in my Head and Iggy Pop Fan Club I have seen as well.

I need to hear that live version of it, because I love the studio version. I have a live version of it but it's not that great, so I'm gonna go find the good one.

Just curious as to forumers' opinions on the four big albums. (no OMOIDE compilations) Let's not turn this into a flame-war / anti-HEAVYMETALLIC sausagefest.
1. Num-Heavymetallic - I honestly enjoy this one all the way through every time, each song truly stands out and isn't a whole lot weaker on the album than it is live, unlike some previous albums
2. School Girl Bye Bye - for having OMOIDE IN MY HEAD and Iggy Pop Fan Club as well as September Girlfriend
3. Sappukei - for Zegen VS Undercover, Sasu-You, Urban Guitar Sayonara, and Tatoo Ari
4. School Girl Distortional Addict - still wins for TOUCH and Young Girl Seventeen Sexually Knowing

1. NUM-HEAVYMETALLIC - works best as an album, features their most challenging material, as well as their most rewarding material, is totally fucking awesome, frustration in my blood, the end.
2. School Girl Bye-Bye - also works great as a cohesive whole, contains the first Number Girl songs I fell in love with.
3. School Girl Distortional Addict - a bit more random in terms of sequencing, but you can't argue when every song is fucking killer.
4. SAPPUKEI - works horrifically as a whole compared to the other three, but features so many fantastic songs that I feel bad putting it at four.
