III is better than I or II, imo

I loved III when all you guys were bashing it, but it can never replace II or I respectively ranking. METAL FICTION actually has some "feel" to it, but PINK/LEMON HEART is just a plain joke it's unbelievable. So...
Zazen Boys II (> HIMITSU) > Zazen Boys III > Zazen Boys I

Pink Heart pisses me off to no end.
Sorry about my above post, it was late and I was trying to push buttons...
III is still my least favorite, but I can say I like about half of the songs...
My final judgement on Atsushita rests on IV or whatever they put out next.

IV? No way. Mukai's gonna release an album with no title*.
[note: this is based on how led zeppelin released I-III, then a fourth album with no official title. since zazen boys and zep have some sort of relation, i wouldn't be surprised if he actually did this.]

You forget Led Zeppelin never released an EP so I doubt he will follow through with a plan like that even if that was his original intentions. Besides the fourth album was comprised of the band members symbols and Zazen Boys don't have any.
Cesar, I have that and a GNB shirt.
and he says kurikaesaseru shogyoumujou which is something like "repeated impermanance (of wordly things)
I asked my Japanese teacher about this today, as no one was able to get a real meaning/definition of this phrase.
Me: "There's this vocalist in a band I like a lot, and he says this one phrase a lot: 'Kuri kaesareru shogyou mujou'. What does that mean?"
She's like: " Ah...Shogyou mujou? Shougyou mujou..."
And goes onto explain this:
It basically means that anything that goes on in our lives is generally insignificant, since we're all going to die anyway. She used an example of like...any menial government proceedings. It's all generally pointless, cause we're all going to be gone eventually.
It definitely does seem like something stemmed from Buddhist thought. Except in Japanese, it's probably less depressing sounding.
Compared to the original literal translation we had "The impermanence of worldly things is repeated," it sorta makes sense. This keyboard I'm typing on, this copy of Little Busters in front of me. It's impermanent, it's going to be gone sometime. The loss keeps happening over and over again. In this case, it's not just material loss...it's...pretty much everything that happens is lost.
I didn't mention "Yomigaeru Seiteki Shoudou"...cause it's pretty straight forward as we know, and that would've been awkard. "Rekindled/Reincarnated/Rejuvenated Sexual Feelings/Impulse."
Hope that was enlightening.

That sounds kinda similar to what I was able to pick up from Mukai's explanation in the Top Runner interview. It would be awesome if someone could translate that interview...

What I find most disturbing is the fact that Rhino was apparently in school the day before Thanksgiving.

We all know Zazen Boys are heavily influenced by teh Zep...I thought I would try to find some song relationships
HARD LIQUOR = Immigrant Song
they borrow a lot of riffs, but I'm having trouble remembering song names...maybe later...

I'm pretty familiar with Zeppelin, and I never would have known that they influenced Zazen Boys. I've never noticed any similar riffs, though I guess RIFF MAN and Immigrant Song are somewhat similar.
