i enjoy Asian Kung fu generation as they have a little bit of a harder sound, but one problem I had with them is in their past albums was almost all the songs started to sound the same something the pillows never made the mistake of making. Sol Fa they seemed to have fix this problem as the album has a lot more variety.

They don't have to be masters of music and sound. A band can suck at their instruments but still be enjoyable to listen to, eh?
Also i'm not saying that this is true for AKFG, because I think their better than their American equivalents.

You can buy their songbooks (ranging from different albums) and click on the right side links to find "ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION"
http://www.bandscore.com/home.asp?nMN=1
They include vocals, bass, both guitars and even tabs.

Actually I think it's the opposite. I think they are very talented muscians but they lack creativity.

I don't really think they're THAT musically talented or THAT creative, but they're a favorite band of mine because they rock really hard. They take a tried and true methodology of making good rock songs and apply it over and over, but it works, and they never come out annoying like Linkin Park or other typical American radio-rock bands. I've never heard a song by AKG I didn't enjoy.
But to whoever posted it, no, a band cannot suck at its insturments and still be good to listen too. I saw a band called Neva Dinova in concert last night, and they had three guitarists. The lead singer played guitar, and he soloed a lot. It's a shame he was horrible at it and made every song he did it in terrible.
