Is Deadmau5 really House? I've been having trouble figuring out which genre of electronic music he is, he kind of falls into different areas on different songs.

Also, the vocal version with Rob Swire for Ghosts n' Stuff is better.

The builds are so goddamn intense and the melodies are just absolutely beautiful. The build that goes on for pretty much a full minute from just before 6 minutes in until about 6:49 is EPIC.

It's really laid-back, warm, and ambient music...but without feeling stagnant or boring. I've been trying to find more stuff like this, but this has still been my favorite by far.

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure. In vague terms, when I think of "house music", I think of electronic music with a very pronounced and very repetitive four on the floor beat. Like, to the point where the song's rhythmic structure is fundamentally built off of it. And I think deep house, specifically, uses a lot more jazzy and disco/funk-inspired music, and in general has a prominent ambient and "lounge" kind of vibe going.
