Vocals+Rhythm: Strange Chameleon
Also, since I love vocals and rhythm so much, if any song is lacking a vocalist or their vocalist drops out, I'll take that part.
I have a question though, shouldn't we also have to audition for the part?

 Re: Pillows Tribute Album Sign-Ups
I can transcribe One Life, Strange Chameleon, and Funny Bunny from the Official Band Score, but with regular tabs, not GP5.
Do we need to tab drums too?

 Re: Pillows Tribute Album Sign-Ups
Perhaps we could tab drums, we'd have to decide which songs will be plain covers and which will be original covers. Odds are we probably will have to rely on GP drums for a lot of songs.

Well, the tabs are a guide, not what we will be playing, necessarily. GP is preferred, and if you don't have it already, I suggest you get it. You can borrow it from the internet by torrenting it, for both Windows and Mac.

I was sort of double-replying to both you and GR. The GP5 thing was for him.

 Re: Pillows Tribute Album Sign-Ups
I would like to do Funny Bunny Vocals+rythm and possibly the Skeleton Liar vocals+rythm if nobody else would like to do those parts. Edit: What happened to Swanky Street, I remember it had more votes than Funny Bunny and yet its not on the list. I would like to do vocals+rythm for Swanky if it gets on the list.

when you're flying with pirouzu.net, you don't need bass. or drums. http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p ... 920C0F8726

If not, I'll take bass on something, I 'spose, like Strange Chameleon for Like A Lovesong.

 Re: Pillows Tribute Album Sign-Ups
Apparently some people don't get the concept of picking one part/song per day. :/

 Re: Pillows Tribute Album Sign-Ups
No its fine h2orowe I was just putting it out there. You have priority over me because you haven't picked one yet. So you can have the vocal part and anyone else who hasn't picked one could take rythm too. I was just getting my name on the list for that song is all. Just in case, you know? @ Mare, you can choose 1 part in 1 day, I know that, but you can suggest other parts, you just won't have it until the next day or two. Sheer made the system very flexable and fair. Why do you think some of the members have a question mark next to them? Because it is unsure that they will officially have the part. But I'm sure you knew that

 Re: Pillows Tribute Album Sign-Ups
Are we going by a 24-hour system or can we pick a spot each day? I know someone waiting til 11:59 PM to pick their spot and then picking another at 12:01 AM would just be unfair but I'm just wondering would it be okay to pick another spot if a reasonable amount of time has passed by and its already the next day. Because if so I guess I'd like to use this post to say I'll do the vocals for Robotman.

 Re: Pillows Tribute Album Sign-Ups
So... I don't quite understand this thread. Do you mean "we're trying to RECORD a tribute album, request which part of which song you would like to record/submit", as in everyone video tapes/records themselves playing the parts and then someone compiles them all together?
Also, what are the deadlines/technical aspects of this project?
Even though I don't quite understand it, I am interested in taking part (assuming you're talking about recording); I would be interested in doing drums for whatever song needs it.
