Post Re: L'arc-En-Ciel
I still have to drive on full speed in a flashy sportscar on a sunny day through the mountains in the middle of nowhere listening to Driver's High someday.
I like the title, now I've got 'Runner's High' and 'Driver's High'. Now the only thing I'll need is 'Biker's high'.
I'm not really a fan, but I love their song 'The Fourth Avenue Cafe'. Good stuff.
Doesn't sound bad at first listen.
Aha! Those guys from Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra show up everywhere.
+1
Anyways in my opinion their best albums would probably have to be Tierra and REAL (every song in my opinion was solid on that album but unfortunately there is very little love for REAL). My fave songs would have to be Jojoushi, twinkle, twinkle, Bravery, Ibara no Namida (Hyde's ONE GOOD SONG), and White Feathers.
I just checked out Ibara no Namida and White Feathers. I must say, I'm pleasently surprised. Actually White Feathers is really good imo. I think this band has some more songs to offer.

White Feathers PV (or something): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEVqOMs-WpM

edit: I'm getting to like Hyde's voice. It's quite something else from Sawao's haha.
And also that bass player, he is so prominent. A big plus. That's quite something else compared to Jun.
Checking out Tierra atm: http://www.4shared.com/zip/ZKdwKLSt/LAr ... ierra.html
Really liking the song 'Blame'.

Still have SMILE and AWAKE on my iPod, listen whenever it comes on shuffle. Always liked them a whole lot, everyone is just really great at what they do.

Even though I make fun of them, I still have about a dozen songs of theirs on my iPod. That I don't ever intend on taking off, I guess...

It's a once in a blue moon type of thing.
