Very possibly the greatest song ever made.

WOAH! Ken-Ban demo on the Japanese site! It's one of my favorite songs... why was I unaware of this?

I've gotten into them just recently. I've got Vivid Short Trip: 7 Stops Farther, Sugarcoated, luminousorangesuperplastic, and Drop You Vivid Colors. The latter two albums can be bought on the US iTunes store.
The 7 Stops Farther version of Burn Me Down (though both are good), December Sail, and Mother Pearl are some of my favorites. I figured out how to play all of the lead guitar parts on those songs and some others very quickly. Too bad I suck horribly at writing tabs, or else I'd put them up here. It's either that, or laziness.

Some of the rhythm parts are tough for me to figure out (Burn Me Down comes to mind, actually). There are chord transcriptions for a few songs, including Starred Lead, on the official site, though.
I figured out and tabbed the lead part for Honey Eyes a while ago, but I can't find it.

I just bought a bunch of cds at the record exchange, and one of them was luminousorangesuperplastic. I like it a lot. Something VERY interesting on the front of the plastic cover over the CD...a message from fucking Mukai.

I really loved sugarplastic and tears of honey at the first listen. Very nice stuff.

That's awesome!! Thanks for sharing, Marekenshin! If you ever get ahold of a scanner, any chances of scans?
Well, old news, but Luminous Orange's SXSW dates have been been confirmed (Wednesday, March 15th at the Habana Calle 6).
Also, Inazawa played/is playing on there next mini album, so it's possible (likely?) that he'll be coming with them.

No lyric booklet. CD case didn't even have a slot for one.

Yes, Waiting for the Summer is amazing. Possibly my favorite album by Luminous Orange. Garden of Stones is easily my favorite off of that album. Beautiful song.

Mm, anyone who is still looking for their music go here and check the 2nd page for 5 of their albums (you'll find a lot of other good albums and singles there too). I'm listening to Sugarcoated right now and I'm lovin' it. Thanks for the recommendation.

They're supposed to have a new album titled Sakura Swirl coming out this summer. It's bound to be delicious. Luminous Orange is way overdue for a new album.

There's two versions of that one? I got the one with the extra ambience at the end, if the other version cuts that out, I NEED IT.
I know Tears of Honey has two versions, I prefer the Sugarcoated album version to the Sugarplastic version. SP's is crunchier, I prefer the smoother original.
