Mmm...I've only heard two other songs by Ellegarden, other than their pillows cover.
They seem pretty mainstreamy. Kind of like Good Charlotte, but less pseudo-goth. Doesn't seem to be a lot going on with them, originality-wise, but they sure are popular.

They're an okay band with catchy songs. Nothing deep that will get you thinking, but just music you can tap your toes with. They sing some pretty good english, but of course, it's not perfect. These guys are in my top 10 for sure. Worth checking them out if you're in the area anyway.
Good songs by Ellegarden:
1) 13
2) Perfect days
3) Punk
4) Under control
5) Oyasumi.

So I just basically downloaded all the Japanese free MP3s on the SXSW site; and the only one I really don't like is eX-Girl. Too annoying.
My top 5:
1. The Rodeo Carburettor
2. Ellegarden
3. The Emeralds
4. Tsu Shi Ma Mi Re
5. My Way My Love
Everyone else is still pretty damn awesome (except for eX-Girl)!!! Now I won't have to worry about lack of material for my radio show. (Oops. I've said too much .)
EDIT: I'm heading to the T.T. the Bears show.
