As usual with my tabs, I didn't tab out rhythms or anything, everything is there, you'll have to listen and figure out timing and exactness.

It was pretty tricky, but I think it sounds about right, bar a few passages which I tried my best.

I think you're missing a bridge after the first verse before the chorus.

I didn't listen to check, but if memory serves, you are referring to where the right ear (presumably Manabe) changes rhythm on his chords, but it's still the same Dm7 to Em7, so I didn't take up the space to write it out, as it's hard to convey rhythm in written tab.
