My band is covering Lucky, so I spent the last couple days tabbing out all the instrumental parts (except the second rhythm guitar and the drums). So if you wanna play along with tracks for vox, rhythm guitar, lead, or bass for this track, here ya go! GP5. http://www.mediafire.com/?0erj0wjyiffc48j |

That's great, thanks a lot! Listened to the tab, sounds very well done. Gonna play this sometime. Too bad there aren't many tabs of their songs. |

Just got my Three Out Change bandscore and decided to take a look at your tab. Without the band score, I would have been able to tell you that you did it a little wrong because they tune down half a step for this song (you can see it in videos of the song, that he's up on that ninth fret for the intro), but with it I can also tell you that the awesome sound he gets is from utilizing the open E at the top along with the 9th and 10th fret for the verse to get that sexy sound. I'm a lazy fuck and probably won't guitar pro it out for you, buuuuuut I only got the bandscore because they reprinted them last year (I just found out), so if you hit up Amazon Japan, they still have some copies left (for both TOC and Futurama, only Supercar band scores I'm personally aware of). Your notes are good, you're just missing the open fret hits on the first string that he utilizes because you're not in the right tuning. |

I noticed that their fret placement live was different, but I thought that was because they were playing it in a different key completely (the studio version is in E-flat, but when they play live, the song is in F... at least in the couple videos I've watched). I wasn't aware that the tuning was completely different as well. I'll just keep it as it is, probably. We've got too much stuff going on (working on shooting a video and practicing super hard for covering an upcoming Wave of Mutilation cover in two weeks) for me to start back tracking now. I did the gp tab in about 4 to 5 hours total, so I'm not surprised that I looked over some details. I watched a couple of live videos, but I mostly went off of my ear and the studio version. |

I think live they just play it a half step up in normal tuning to avoid the hassle since they don't really have many songs in different tunings. That actually is the only one i can think of off the top of my head, tbh. |

Well, after describing it more, it doesn't seem like such a big deal. So I'll tune the lead guitar down a half step and implement what you described. Shouldn't take very long to correct. Okay, so going on to a second run through, I see that not only did I miss that tuning business with the open string, but I over simplified the lead part during the verse. I'll be correcting it as completely as possible this time through. |

Alright guys, redid the tab a bit. This one is a lot more accurate, I think. The lead guitar is tuned down a half-step, and things get a little more tricky during the intro/verse. ![]() Have fun! Lemme know Mare. Edit: Oops, forgot to post the link, lol. http://www.mediafire.com/?0erj0wjyiffc48j |
