Hey. ^_^

This is going to be my new project of having one organized location for the pillows' tabs. Its structure will be very similar to that of the request a tab thread. I'll list the albums, and list the songs that have tabs for them done and hyperlink them to the page for where the tab is. I'll further note between lead, rhythm, bass, and drums.

So for this project, I require your help, because it's going to consume a decent amount of time. If you reply to this thread by listing off a tab you've found (or done,) I'll very much appreciate it.

Also requesting a sticky IF the project goes anywhere.

I'm almost done working on a bass tab for "Patricia" If that helps anything.

I've started on a bass tab for "My Foot" also, but I don't know if I'll finish it.

Well here it is. "Here", because the tab submission system does not appear to be working.

Anyway, I hope this helps!

That sounds good over here, how did you tab this? The bass is so hard to hear here..

I plugged my MP3 player into a mixing console, cranked the bass and listened to it roughly 229 times.

Totally worth it.

This thread worked out so well.

It was a good idea, though. I think, instead, however, we should have someone design a web page, and collect all the tab files. Then we can just send them over to terra and she can put them up with little to no work. Or someone can host their own site. Just saying.

Why stop at just tabs? Why don't we also add some nice stuff like a database on their discography, and bios, and live reports and lyrics and stuff like that?

Someone really needs to get on this

Lyrics, yes. Everything else seems superfluous and unnecessary.

Err…something tells me Raid was being sarcastic, since that's essentially the core of IM, minus the forums:
profile :: live :: discography :: tabs :: lyrics :: images :: stuff :: links :: faq :: forum
Unless Raid was actually suggesting we try to start some kind of IM competitor, which would be silly.

Well, if he was being sarcastic, then he has a grave misunderstanding of the state of IM over the past few years or so.

Why don't we also add a forum, just to spice things up? :P

Guys, I'm kidding. Yes, I was being sarcastic in the way that we already have a main site, since it's barely updated, we all forget it exists.

Um...that's our reasoning. It doesn't make sense when you try to use it.

Really?

If Instant Music's main site were updated and compiled regularly, these little projects would be unnecessary.

Get it?
